History

PJT and Co was formed in 2002 by merger of two well evolved and established accountancy practices with over 45 years experience. Both practices valued an identical strategy and culture in delivery of high quality service with consistent and proactive support to their satisfied client base.


The new firm continued to offer all the traditional business services such as accounting, bookkeeping and payroll; personal and corporate tax compliance and planning;  auditing and assurance; company formation , registry and secretarial service; business advisory and consultancy; IT implementation and sage training.


The merger gave us an opportunity to join forces and further strengthen our expertise in advising business expansion, acquisitions, mergers and disposals and offering specialist tax planning, inheritance tax mitigation, and international personal tax strategies.
